It was established in 2011 by a group of young activists with a high commitment to contribute their time, skills and energy towards the development and empowerment of disadvantaged people in all spheres of life and vulnerable communities in Yemen and addressing issues of poverty and gender-based discrimination. It works in several development fields aimed at empowering poor families and developing youth leadership skills to carry out their pioneering role and initiatives in community development, through training programs and meetings to exchange knowledge and experiences among youth.

The Foundation sought to achieve its goals through development work and based on our vision (a society capable of participatory development), the wheel of development is not limited to implementing programs without reaching the community, so it is necessary to involve members of the community under the slogan of a society that builds and develops, and since the establishment of the Foundation in 2011 until 2022 it has 61,608 young men and women have been reached directly and benefited from the various projects that serve the community in general The number is 1,744,000 indirectly, and since children are also among the target groups, the number of 1,700 has been reached through the implementation of the Foundation’s projects, which reached 52 projects. Income-generating and empowering young men and women and joining them in the labor market, which included many diverse sectors, The Foundation has been able to work on the goals of sustainable development and work in many governorates of the Republic through coordination from government agencies and local authorities, as they are development partners. The stage of reconstruction and recovery requires a great effort from all members of society, through our work over these years. Strengthening and empowering local partners from civil society organizations As well as the involvement of the private sector and international organizations and work within a clear and integrated vision to implement the strategy of the humanitarian response plan and the organizer within development coalitions and the promotion of effective partnership, we seek to exit the institution from the local scope to become an international organization that possesses all the capabilities and basic infrastructure to work within a pioneering institution system.
